How long will I have to wait for my dress?
Our regular shipping schedule applies to couture dresses and wedding collections too. Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. We suggest ordering your dress 8-12 weeks in advance to allow the time for alterations. We can get your dress delivered the next day as long as it's in stock. Call us by noon EST or place your order online by 11 am EST Monday through Thursday to guarantee overnight shipping.
What's your return policy?
Our regular return policy applies to wedding collections and couture gowns. See Return Policy.
How will my dress arrive?
We ship out limited edition and delicate items in keepsake boxes with our logo lined with acid-free paper, also with long white garment bags and satin hangers so you can carry them safely with you. The rest of our dresses including bridesmaid gowns arrive carefully hung and ready to wear. Any other special shipping details will be noted in our item descriptions.
My fairy-tale dress is out of stock?
If you need your dress right away our wedding stylists will try to find it for you. Your name will go on our waiting list that gets updated throughout the day.
How can my bridesmaids order their dresses?
Call our wedding stylists and give your party details. They'll keep track of the orders for you, regardless of paying together or separately and consistently follow up with your bridesmaids to make sure everyone has what they need.
What happens after I place an order?
After finalizing and placing your order with us, we will be sending an order confirmation to the email address you indicated during checkout. Please note that this is not yet a shipping notification, as this will be sent out in another email.
What is your policy on shipping and delivery?
Before turning your package over to the courier service provider, some time is needed in order to process your order and to make the necessary preparations for your package. Please allow a 3 to 7 day turn around time for us to do so. Please note that we do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

Your package will then be shipped to you via a courier service provider. We only process shipments during our weekday business operations hours which are (Mondays to Friday 9:00AM to 6PM EST).

We will then send you an email notifying you that your order has been shipped to the location that you have indicated at checkout. The same email will contain important shipment details such as the estimated time of arrival and package tracking number (if available).

Depending on the courier service provider, you may trace the location and status of your package from time to time by using the package tracking number. Delivery of items through international shipping usually takes one to two weeks to arrive.
Do you offer express shipping?
Is it not annoying to stand in line and wait for a cashier to mishandle your new outfit for that party you have this weekend? Not here! We have all the latest trends and classic statement pieces with ZERO wait time.

If you live in Ontario: Spend $350 before tax and order before 10 am EST we can provide complimentary same day shipping at no extra cost. This applies to in stock items only! All you have to do is request this service by adding it to your notes at checkout.

All remaining 9 provinces in Canada and territories: Spend $500 before tax and order before 10 am EST will receive complimentary 2 business day Express Shipping for in stock items only.

International customers: spend $800 before tax and order by 8am EST we can provide complimentary 3-5 business day Express Shipping on in stock items only. All you have to do is request this service by adding it to your notes at checkout.
What types of payments do you take?
We currently accept all Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Google and Apple Pay as forms of payment for our products and services.
What is your policy on returns & exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges within 90 days from the date of delivery as a store credit. To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, the item/s must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and must be in its original packaging. In order to complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt as proof of purchase.

Should you experience prolonged delays in the arrival of your package, would like to return or exchange an item, or experience other problems, please contact our customer service team by sending us an email via our contact form.
What is your pre-order policy?
Pre-order Policy and Delayed Shipping Item Dates. Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item sells out.

Demand can be very high on certain items and can frequently sell out completely during the pre-order process before the stock even physically arrives. Pre-orders for the classic styles and at times back in stock items can take 5-7 weeks based on demand and account for production time from the brand.

Basic products have a turn around time of a maximum of two weeks. Bags, jewels and accessories have a processing time of 7-14 days. Please note that delays may occur and are not guaranteed during the holidays. For special occasion dresses and bridal dresses, we recommend ordering 2-4 months in advance to avoid any delays. Axariya's Closet is not held liable for any delays when placing an order on a pre-order item.

To purchase an item for pre-order, you may add your desired item to your shopping cart and check out as normal. We do not accept cancellations of pre-order items, as they're ordered specifically for you. All items are final sale.

In an event where the special occasion items are no longer required, a store credit will be issued. No refunds will be accepted, so please take special care when you're placing you order.

Please note, if you order a pre-order item with other non pre-order items, this will delay the arrival of your order. Please place your pre-order item order separately in an attempt to avoid any unnecessary delays.
