Returns & Store Credit
RETURNS
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a La Maison Taylor E-Gift Card. We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment.
Please contact La Maison Taylor before returning any merchandise. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Items specifically designated Final
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
For hygiene reasons, additional restrictions may apply to certain intimate apparel and loungewear. Any item that is not eligible for return will be clearly identified on its product page.
STORE CREDITS
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a La Maison Taylor E-Gift Card and sent to the email address associated with your order.
Please allow 5–7 business days from the date your return is received for inspection and processing.
La Maison Taylor E-Gift Cards may be used toward future purchases and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
LATE OR MISSING STORE CREDITS
Approved store credits are issued electronically to the email address associated with your order.
If you have received confirmation that your return was approved but have not received your La Maison Taylor E-Gift Card, please check your inbox and junk or spam folders.
If you still have not received your store credit, please contact us through our Contact Us page for assistance.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges for size, colour or style.
If you would like a different size, colour or style, you may return an eligible item in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a La Maison Taylor E-Gift Card, which may be used toward a new purchase.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us so we can assist you.
GIFTS
If an eligible item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns will be issued as a La Maison Taylor E-Gift Card to the gift recipient.
If the order was originally shipped to the purchaser and later given as a gift, store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
All gift returns are subject to our standard return eligibility requirements.
RETURN SHIPPING
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions for returning your merchandise to La Maison Taylor.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item received was damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of shipment until your return has been processed. La Maison Taylor is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
