ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Your order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. A separate shipping confirmation will be sent once your order has been prepared and dispatched.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow 3–7 business days for in-stock orders to be processed before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside of La Maison Taylor’s control.

La Maison Taylor ships to select international destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

International delivery times vary depending on destination, courier and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

Customs processing may occasionally delay delivery. La Maison Taylor is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
