RETURNSYou have 90 days from the date of delivery to return your items. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund by store credit. To be eligible for a refund for store credit, your item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:To complete your refund for store credit, we require a receipt for proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us until you have been contacted.
Gift cards, Swim, Jewelry, Sale are final sale items.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non-refundable. Any item(s) that are returned more than 90 days after delivery.
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an Axariya's Closet E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us and checked through our processing department. You will be emailed to confirm that your return has been accepted.
STORE CREDITSOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within 7 days.
LATE OR MISSING STORE CREDITSIf you haven’t received a store credit, first check your account. It may take some time before your credit is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You should also contact us if you encounter an extended delay in receiving your refund by store credit. If you have done all of the steps and you still have not received your store credit, please contact us by visiting our Contact Us page.
FINAL SALE ITEMSOnly regular priced items may be refunded by store credit, unfortunately final sale, sale and intimate apparel can not be refunded.
EXCHANGESWe only replace items if they are the incorrect size, defective or damaged due to our error or a manufacturing error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
GIFTSIf the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a refund for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received a store credit will be credited to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver she/he will find out about your return.
SHIPPINGTo return your product after a confirmation email from us, you should mail your product to us by sending the product to the address provided to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
